If you do not accept all of the Terms, do not use the Site. “Immigration Broker,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Immigration Broker Pte. Ltd. registered in Singapore. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immigration Broker shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Content. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed SGD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is higher. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; if applicable law overrides any portion of this clause, the remaining limitations will still apply to the maximum extent.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
AMENDMENTS & ADDITIONAL TERMS
We may update these Terms or introduce additional terms for particular services (“Additional Terms”) at any time. Updated Terms or Additional Terms will be posted on the Site and are effective immediately upon posting. If you disagree with the revised Terms, discontinue use of the Site. Continued use signifies acceptance.
MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Immigration Broker regarding the Site. Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect. No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
